Ginger beer
& lime
Fill highball glass to the rim with ice cubes
Pour Absolut vodka over ice
One dash of lime
juice
Top up with ginger beer
Garnish with a lime (wedge)

Granny smith apple wedge
crushed Gram crackers
2oz of Bacardi Apple rum
1oz of butterscotch schnapps
1oz sourmix
Rim chilled martini glass with apple and
gram crackers
Combine rum, schnapps, and sour mix in shaker with ice
Shake and strain in frosted Martini glass

4oz of Ginger-Ale
Rim glass with lime and sugar
Add ice cubes to glass
Add cognac top
with ginger-ale
garnish with lime wedge.
Coco Melon Martini
2oz of Vodka
2oz of Malibu or coconut rum
1oz of melon liqueur Midori
2oz of sour
mix
Combine in shaker with ice
Shake well
Strain and serve in chilled Martini glass
Use Cherry Garnish
